So, my friends and I went to another property for our meals where I had no issues with comps/credits. Never received my resort credit, because he said it wasn't loaded in my account. He made a couple of phone calls, but nobody had answered. He finally said the freeplay he could see, but that it wasn't showing my resort credit. He had me going through my emails to show him the offer because he wasn't seeing my offer. The employee had me stand there for at least 20 minutes while he kept asking me how much freeplay I was told I had. Very informative and personable.Ĭons: after check-in, I went to load my freeplay at players desk. Woman at check- in was friendly and went over my offer with me on what I had for resort credit and freeplay. I tried to give them another shot by staying at Mirage/ Hardrock in Vegas. I used to stay at Hard Rock in Tampa Florida, but haven't been there in a couple years because of their poor customer service.
